The State Bureau of Investigation has detained the director of the online casino PIN-UP.

Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation have detained the director of a company operating in Ukraine under the online casino brand Pin-Up.

This was reported by the press service of the State Bureau of Investigation.

As the investigation progressed, it was established that the actual owners of this commercial entity, which obtained a license for organizing and conducting online casino gambling, are citizens of Russia.

The detainee has been informed of the suspicion of aiding a state aggressor. A motion is being prepared to request a preventive measure in the form of detention.

The pre-trial investigation is ongoing. The involvement of other subjects under the bureau's jurisdiction is being documented, and their identities are being established.

There are documented connections between the online casino and representatives of the Russian Federation, as well as individuals under sanctions in Ukraine, and financial flows have been identified that serve to fill the Russian budget and support activities related to armed aggression against Ukraine, as stated in the report.

Law enforcement officials have conducted a range of procedural measures, including technical ones, involving relevant experts who confirmed the negative impact on the combat readiness of the Ukrainian Defense Forces due to the services provided by this online casino.

Within the framework of the investigation, it was also established that individuals associated with the online casino are conducting their business activities in the territory of the so-called "LNR," thereby filling the enemy's budget.

According to law enforcement, the person who directly controls the online casino's activities has been financing veterans of the so-called "SVO" since the onset of the full-scale Russian invasion.

The online casino itself, as the bureau discovered during the pre-trial investigation, continues its operations on the territory of the Russian Federation and on Russian web resources.
