U.S. President Donald Trump stated that the States should be less concerned about the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. Instead, there should be more worry about migrants, drug lords, and other individuals.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing a post from Trump on his social media platform, Truth Social.
He emphasized that this approach is necessary to avoid ending up like Europe.
"We should be less worried about Putin and more concerned about gangs of migrant rapists, drug lords, murderers, and people from psychiatric hospitals entering our country. So we don't end up like Europe," Trump wrote.
Recall that the issue of combating illegal migrants became one of the key topics during Donald Trump's election campaign. After taking office, the Republican began to address this issue and fulfill his promises.
According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), during the first month of Trump's presidency, over 20,000 illegal migrants were arrested.
