A certificate for singles has been introduced in the "Diia" app.

The "Diia" app has launched a digital certificate to confirm the status of being unmarried, with the option to add a photo and interests. While the document does not hold legal power, it features a QR code for quick introductions and status verification through the state registry.

“Singles – update your Diia! A new document has been added for you in honor of Valentine's Day – the unmarried certificate. Share the certificate on social media and send it via messengers, or simply show the QR code in the app – let everyone know your status! The certificate is not an official document. However, the data is verified in the registry – making it a genuine business card for singles. So, if you are of legal age, not married, or divorced – this is your prime time!” the message states.

How to obtain the certificate:

• Log in to the "Diia" app.
• Click “Add” document in the “Documents” section.
• Upload your best photo and style your profile.
• Tell us about yourself: select your hobbies and the certificate design. Your zodiac sign will be automatically filled in.

If the certificate is not displaying:

• update the app;
• check if your identification code (RNOKPP) is verified – if not, follow the instructions;
• if you are divorced, verify whether you submitted the court decision about the divorce to the registry office or if your registry office has entered the information regarding your RNOKPP.
