Defense forces shot down 29 out of 57 Shahed drones overnight, affecting five regions.

On the night of January 29, 2025, the enemy launched an attack with 57 strike drones of the "Shahed" type and various types of imitation drones.

This was reported by the press service of the Air Forces.

"According to preliminary data, as of 09:30, the downing of 29 strike drones of the 'Shahed' type and other types of drones has been confirmed in Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Kirovohrad, Khmelnytskyi, Dnipropetrovsk, and Odesa regions," the statement reads.

It is noted that 14 enemy imitation drones were lost in location (without negative consequences).

According to the Air Forces, as a result of the enemy attack, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Kyiv, and Sumy regions were affected.
