Сирський розповів про висновки після пів року Курської операції

The Ukrainian forces have been conducting operations in the Kursk region for six months. The main conclusion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) is that preparations should be made not only for defense but also for offensive actions.

This was stated by the Commander-in-Chief of the AFU, Oleksandr Syrskyi.

"When we launched a successful counteroffensive operation in the Kursk direction, it significantly motivated our personnel and servicemen. It greatly boosted morale not only within our forces but also in society. And, let's say, it gave us hope that this offensive will not be the last," Syrskyi said.

At the same time, he emphasized that the enemy should not be underestimated.

"We must learn to fight, learn to win, and learn to draw conclusions, possibly from our own mistakes. Of course, we also need to acquire and excel in technological aspects. Because we are fighting primarily not by numbers, but by quality and technology," the Commander-in-Chief of the AFU added.

According to him, this approach helps to save the lives of soldiers.

"And of course, we need to prepare not only for defense but also for offensive actions. That is the main conclusion," Syrskyi noted.
