On the night of February 21, as a result of an attack by Russian drones, power lines were damaged in the Bucha and Obukhiv districts of the Kyiv region.

Kalashnyk stated that electricity supply has been restored. Currently, emergency services are continuing their work to document and eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack.
Additionally, the roof of a private house was damaged in the Boryspil district. According to Kalashnyk, air raid alerts lasted almost the entire night in the region, and air defense forces were active.
“All enemy targets have been destroyed, there are no casualties among the population, and no hits to critical or residential infrastructure have occurred,” added the head of the OVA.
