Reducing prices on Russian energy resources, particularly oil, is one of the most crucial keys to achieving peace. The main thing is to maintain the pressure on Russia.
This was stated by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, in his evening address.
"We are coordinating our international efforts; there were relevant meetings today, especially concerning the USA and our European partners. Peace through strength is possible, and we are absolutely confident in this," Zelensky said.
According to him, the key is to keep up the pressure on Russia.
"Pressure on Russia, the only entity that desires this war and is responsible for it. It is Russia that seeks to prolong aggression and occupation," the president emphasized.
He stressed that energy resources, particularly oil, are one of the most important keys to peace and real security.
"Europe needs to work more closely with America and other partners around the world, rather than with Russia regarding energy resources. We are preparing our diplomacy and international communication to ensure strong positions not only for Ukraine but for all of Europe," Zelensky added.
