The National Agency of Ukraine for the Detection, Investigation, and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes announces a competition for the management of a key logistics complex in Transcarpathia — LLC "Terminal Carpathians".

According to the statement, this is an important logistics complex in the Transcarpathian region, which opens up extensive opportunities for international transportation.

Following the inspection, it was determined that the complex includes several key infrastructure facilities:

  • Administrative building in the city of Chop;
  • Production complex in the town of Batevo, which includes a hangar, pumping station, water reservoir, transformer station, and other buildings;
  • Office building in the village of Svoboda.

“The main facility is a covered hangar for the transshipment of transported goods in covered rolling stock with a total area of 21,504 sq. m., equipped with tracks of European (1435 mm) and post-Soviet (1520 mm) widths. This infrastructure ensures seamless transshipment between different types of railway rolling stock, as well as between railway and road transport,” noted ARMA, explaining that the complex represents a fully prepared infrastructure for large-scale development of the transport and logistics business.
