As previously reported by Judicial and Legal Newspaper, Justice Minister Olga Stefanishina announced that on January 20, the infrastructure of state registries was fully restored following the most extensive cyberattack by Russian forces.
In the State Enterprise "National Information Systems," it was stated that the following registries have resumed operation:
- the state register of rights to real estate;
- the state register of encumbrances on movable property;
- the automated system for enforcement proceedings;
- the electronic register of apostilles;
- the unified register of convicted persons and those taken into custody;
- the automated system for "Bankruptcy and Insolvency";
- the unified state register of individuals subject to the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Cleansing Power."
However, NAIS noted that access for notaries and state registrars to the State Register of Rights to Real Estate is currently restricted during the data update regarding encumbrances by state and private executors.
“Along with this, a number of electronic information interactions with state bodies that utilize data exchange with the aforementioned registries in their activities are being resumed, primarily with the State Tax Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Migration Service, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the State Geocadastre, the State Border Guard Service, and others.
Additionally, access to online services related to these registries will soon be restored on the Diya portal and app,” NAIS added.
As is known, on December 19, the most significant external cyberattack on the state registries of Ukraine took place in recent times.
The register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs has resumed operations after the cyberattack.
We also reported that electronic interaction with the State Tax Service of Ukraine, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, and the National Health Service of Ukraine has been restored.
