On February 4, emergency power outages were implemented in the Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Poltava, Zaporizhia, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk (partially), and Cherkasy (partially) regions. This information was reported by NEC "Ukrenergo."

“Due to the damage inflicted by enemy missile and drone attacks on power generation and transmission facilities, emergency outages were applied today in the Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Poltava, Zaporizhia, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk (partially), and Cherkasy (partially) regions,” the company stated.

Energy providers urge consumers to use electricity very sparingly from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and, if possible, to avoid using powerful electrical appliances and not to turn on multiple such devices simultaneously during this period.
