Drivers caught consuming alcohol while driving face the suspension of their driving privileges under Article 130 and/or Article 124 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. This warning comes from the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

However, it is possible to regain your driver's license.

To do this, you need to:

undergo an expedited medical examination;
pass both theoretical and practical exams at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

If an individual had a driver's license for two years, they must complete training again at a driving school for both the theoretical and practical parts, as noted by the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
