Taxes will increase in December; there will be no changes for November, according to Hetmancev.

As reported by "Judicial and Legal Newspaper", President Volodymyr Zelensky signed the tax increase law (bill 11416-d) approved by parliament in October on November 28.

The law regarding this historic tax increase will be published in the "Voice of Ukraine" newspaper on November 30, after which it will take effect on December 1. This was announced by the people's deputy and head of the parliamentary Committee on Financial, Tax, and Customs Policy Daniil Hetmantsev.

According to him, a corresponding amendment was made regarding individual entrepreneurs, under which the obligations to pay VAT at the new rates will take effect from January 1, 2025, if the amendment is supported by the Verkhovna Rada next week.

“I am convinced that the amendment will be supported,” the deputy added.
