The enemy struck a nine-story building in Kharkiv with munitions. Homes and 12 vehicles were damaged, and a child has died. Emergency search and rescue operations are ongoing at the site of the impact. This was reported by the national police of Kyiv.
As of 07:15, a 12-year-old boy has died, and another 34 individuals have been injured; the police are documenting the crime committed by the Russian army.
“The enemy targeted three KABs using SU-34 aircraft, which approached from the direction of Belgorod. One of the bombs hit between the third and fourth floors of the nine-story building,” said the head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kharkiv region Vladimir Timoshko.
According to President Vladimir Zelensky, there may still be people trapped under the rubble. All necessary services are on-site.
