Compilation of reports for military personnel and their families — statement templates.

The Coordination Center for Providing Free Legal Assistance has released an updated version of the compilation of reports and applications for military personnel and their family members.

Through these reports, military personnel communicate their personal issues and needs, such as requests for financial assistance, leave, or referrals for medical commissions.

This version includes updated reports and applications, as well as new sample reports for the following situations:

• discharge from military service due to health reasons - in the presence of a disability;
• release from military service due to liberation from captivity;
• discharge from military service by conscription during mobilization due to family circumstances, based on the death or disappearance of a half-brother or half-sister.

“This compilation is designed to assist military personnel in drafting reports, understanding their rights, and knowing the procedures to follow. The sample reports are accompanied by comments intended to simplify the document preparation process,” the BPDA noted.
