The "Diia" application and portal is celebrating its 5th anniversary. During this time, it has introduced over 40 services and 130 offerings.
This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, at the presentation of the AI competence center.
It is noted that an AI assistant will be introduced in "Diia," which Ukrainians can turn to if they encounter issues while interacting with the government. For partners looking to integrate "Diia" services, the AI chatbot "Natalka" is already operational.
According to him, the team is already working on it. "The assistant will autonomously understand which policy or ministry the issue relates to and will set specific tasks for the ministers that need to be resolved," the minister stated. The project will involve a team from the AI Center of Excellence, whose specialists are currently being sought by the center's leaders.
