The Center for Strategic Communications assures that Ukraine continues to receive military aid from the United States.

"Don't panic over alarming headlines," emphasized the center's director.
В ЦПД уверяют, что Украина продолжает получать военную помощь от США.

The military assistance from the United States to Ukraine, based on previously approved packages, continues.

This was stated by Andrii Kovalенко, the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, in a Telegram post.

“The military assistance from the U.S. to Ukraine is ongoing under the military aid packages that were approved earlier,” he noted.

Kovalенко also urged people not to panic. “I will provide more details later, but please don’t panic over sensational headlines and don’t misinterpret, if you can,” emphasized the head of the CCD.

For reference.

According to the New York Times, the order to halt covers most military and security assistance programs, including for Ukraine, Taiwan, and Jordan, as their funding is handled by the State Department. Exceptions include military aid to Israel and Egypt, as well as emergency food assistance.

Media outlets suggest that this decision could have negative implications for U.S. strategic interests.

Recall that on January 21, U.S. President Donald Trump announced the suspension of all foreign aid programs for 90 days to review their alignment with the foreign policy of his administration.

On January 24, the U.S. State Department issued an order to cease all foreign assistance and halted the provision of new financial support.

Background. Previously, Mind reported that Zelensky instructed to prepare a report on the halted American support programs. “Many projects. We will determine which of them are critical and need decisions right now. Part of this funding can be secured through our state finances, and part will be discussed with Europeans and Americans,” the president noted.
