The Kyiv City State Administration announced the future plans for the "Courtyard with Crows" on Reitarska Street in Kyiv.

Rumors among the residents of Kyiv suggest that the "Yard with Crows" may be developed, but this information is not accurate, according to the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA).

"There will be no construction in the Shevchenkivskyi district at 9 Reitarska Street, where the 'Yard with Crows' is located," the KCSA states.

As reported by the Deputy Mayor and Secretary of the Kyiv City Council Vladimir Bondarenko, the area where the "Yard with Crows" is situated falls within the central historical zone of Kyiv, in archaeological and architectural protection zones, as well as in the buffer zone of a UNESCO World Heritage site.

"This land remains classified as historically and culturally significant. Ten years ago, the Kyiv City Council leased it solely for the operation and maintenance of tourist infrastructure and public catering establishments. There can be no talk of any construction here. There will be no residential complexes, shopping centers, or office skyscrapers. The 'Yard with Crows' is under protection," the official emphasized.
