In the Kyiv region, a lawyer was exposed for illegally obtaining a district court judge's login and password and leaking data from the State Register of Court Decisions.

In the Kyiv region, law enforcement officials have reported suspicions against a lawyer who unlawfully obtained the login and password of a judge from the district court of the Kyiv region, granting him full access to the Unified State Register of Court Decisions. This was announced by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

In order to gather information about upcoming investigative actions, particularly concerning himself and others, he conducted keyword searches and reviewed over 450 court decisions from August to November 2023.

“Some of the information obtained, including details about planned searches in one of the business centers in the capital where a fraudulent call center was located, was transmitted by the lawyer to a participant in the criminal proceedings via a mobile messenger,” reported the Office of the Prosecutor General.

The question of choosing a preventive measure for the suspect is currently being addressed.
