The Ministry of Justice seized assets from Yanukovych's former bodyguard for state revenue.

Vyacheslav Zanevsky owned 100% of the corporate rights to Amstel Ski LLC, which managed the AmstelSki hotel complex in Bukovel.

The High Anti-Corruption Court has granted the claim of the Ministry of Justice against the former head of security for the fleeing president Viktor Yanukovych, Vyacheslav Zanevsky, regarding the imposition of sanctions.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Justice. 

The following assets of Zanevsky have been seized for the state:

  • five objects of intellectual property rights;
  • 12 plots of land;
  • two apartments;
  • four parking spaces;
  • a vehicle;
  • 10 units of weaponry;
  • cash equivalent to more than 300,000 UAH.
  • 100% of the charter capital of LLC “Amstel Ski,” which manages the AmstelSki hotel complex in Bukovel.

Zanevsky is an officer of the Russian army. Following the onset of the full-scale invasion, he organized security measures during the construction of military-logistical infrastructure on temporarily occupied territories that hold strategic significance for Russia, including the construction of a bridge over the Kalmius River in Mariupol, which is part of the land route from Rostov-on-Don to the temporarily occupied Crimea.

In addition, Zanevsky directly assisted Russian military forces in locating pro-Ukrainian citizens in the temporarily occupied territories, particularly members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and participants of the Anti-Terrorist Operation.

Background. Previously, Mind reported that in May 2023, Zanevsky was notified of suspicion in absentia. After the capture of Kherson and part of Mykolaiv region, he aided the enemy in spreading the Kremlin regime and suppressing the resistance movement.
