The Supervisory Board of NEC "Ukrenergo" has announced a competitive selection for the position of Chairman of the Board of the company.

Candidates must have more than seven years of transformational leadership experience in senior management positions within the energy sector, industry, or global auditing and consulting firms (Big4, Big3), with expertise in strategy development, corporate restructuring, and change management.
The potential Chairman of the Board must be free from any direct or indirect business interests, professional relationships, or personal connections that could jeopardize their ability to make impartial decisions in the role of Chairman of the Board of NEC "Ukrenergo".

On September 2, 2024, Volodymyr Kudrytsky was dismissed from the position of Chairman of "Ukrenergo". The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of NEC "Ukrenergo", Daniil Dobbeny, and its member Peder Andreasen described this decision as politically motivated and announced the early termination of their powers.
Later, Oleksiy Brekht was appointed as the acting Chairman of "Ukrenergo".
In December, the Cabinet approved the new composition of the Supervisory Board of the company.
