In the Round of 16 at the Australian Open, Ukrainian player Elina Svitolina faced off against Veronika Kudermetova.

The match started off quite challenging for Svitolina, as she lost four out of the first five games – two on her own serve.

However, she regrouped and delivered a phenomenal streak of five consecutive games won, clinching the entire first set in the process.

After that, the Ukrainian no longer "played with the nerves" of her fans and calmly dispatched the Russian player in just half an hour – 6:1.
