Firefighters rescued a man during a house fire in Dnipro.

On the evening of November 6, a residential building caught fire on Grigory Prikhodko Street in the Samarsky district of Dnipro, reports "Vedomo" citing the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk region.

Rescuers managed to bring a man out of the smoke-filled house into fresh air. He was hospitalized with a preliminary diagnosis of carbon monoxide poisoning.

The flames caused significant damage to the property in the room, affecting an area of 20 square meters.

A total of 10 firefighters and two units of fire and rescue equipment from the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the region were involved in extinguishing the fire.
