Russia launched a drone strike on an ambulance in the Kherson region, resulting in the hospitalization of medical personnel.

On the evening of February 26, the Russian army used a drone to attack an ambulance in the Kherson region. Medical personnel were injured.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing Telegram from Roman Mrochko, the head of the Kherson Military Administration.

"The paramedic and the driver of the emergency medical team have been hospitalized after their vehicle was attacked by Russian terrorists with a drone while responding to a call," Mrochko wrote.

According to him, a 59-year-old woman and a 56-year-old man suffered from concussion, traumatic brain injury, and closed head injuries. They are receiving the necessary medical assistance.

Shelling of Kherson

Recall that on February 19, Russian occupiers attacked Kherson from the air. The Russians launched three KABs at the city, one of which struck an apartment building.

Almost immediately, news emerged of six injured individuals, including twins—a boy and a girl, both 14 years old. Their condition is assessed by doctors as stable.

Later, under the rubble of the entrance of the high-rise building destroyed by a Russian aerial bomb, the body of a man was found in Kherson.
