The Russian forces attempted to break through near Volchansk using aviation, according to the General Staff.

Over the past 24 hours, 189 combat clashes have been recorded along the entire front line. The situation remains complicated.

This is reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the General Staff, the enemy, leveraging its advantage in manpower and equipment, continuously assaults the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ukrainian defenders steadfastly withstand the onslaught of the occupiers, inflicting significant losses on the enemy.

According to updated information, yesterday the enemy launched one missile strike against the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas with one missile, as well as conducted 40 airstrikes, dropping 59 KABs. Additionally, they carried out more than five thousand shellings, including 114 from multiple launch rocket systems, and deployed 2832 kamikaze drones for strikes.

The Russians conducted airstrikes in the areas of the following populated places:

• Alexandrovka and Bolshaya Pisarevka in the Sumy region;
• Gremyach, Mikhalchina Sloboda, Kuty Pervy in the Chernihiv region; Volchansky Khutory, Volchansk in the Kharkiv region; Troitskoye, Alexeyevka, Novopol and Razliv in the Donetsk region.

Situation on the Fronts

In the Kharkiv direction, supported by aviation, the enemy attempted to breach our defenders' defensive lines near Volchansk three times.

In the Kupiansk direction, 13 attacks by the invaders occurred yesterday. Our defenders repelled the enemy's assault actions near Stroevo, Peschanoe, Kolesnikovka, Zagryzovo, Kutyakovka, Nova Kruglyakovka, and Lozovaya.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 17 times, attempting to penetrate our defenses near Novoegorovka, Nadezhda, Novosergievka, Pershotravnevo, Zeleny Hay, Makeevka, Novosadovoe, Zarechny, Kolodezi, Zelenaya Dolina, Ternov, and in the Serebryansky forest.

In the Seversk direction, the enemy conducted offensive actions in the areas of Ivanodarievka and Verkhnokamenskoye, repelling two attacks in total.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked seven times in the area of Chasov Yar and Belaya Gora.

In the Toretsk direction, the enemy made 19 attacks near the populated areas of Toretsk, Dileevka, and Shcherbinovka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders halted 89 assault actions by the aggressor towards the populated areas of Zelenoe Pole, Aleksandropol, Vodyanoe Vtoroe, Yelizavetovka, Mirolubovka, Luch, Lysovka, Mirnograd, Pokrovsk, Zverev, Shevchenko, Udachnoe, Uspenovka, Kotlinoye, Nadievka, Novotroitskoye, Novoandreevka, Slavyanka, Petropavlovka, Andreevka, Dachnoye, Ulakly, and Yantarnoye.

In the Novopavlovsk direction, the enemy carried out 16 attacks in the directions of Konstantinopol and Bolshaya Novoselka over the past day. Additionally, they actively used aviation in the area.

In the Orekhovsky direction, the occupying forces stormed the positions of the Defense Forces once in the area of the settlement of Novoandreevka.

The Defense Forces are making efforts to prevent the enemy from advancing deep into Ukrainian territory, successfully repelling two enemy offensive actions in the Dnipro direction.

In the Gulyaipol direction, the enemy did not conduct active operations over the past day.

In the Volyn and Polesye directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups have been detected.

The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue operations in the Kursk region. Over the past day, the enemy carried out 12 airstrikes, dropping 16 KABs, and conducted 416 shellings. Ukrainian defenders repelled 14 assault actions by the invaders.

Russian Losses

Our soldiers are inflicting significant losses on the occupying forces in terms of manpower and equipment, and actively undermining the enemy's offensive potential in the rear.

Over the past day, aviation, missile troops, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck five areas of personnel concentration, weaponry, and military equipment, as well as two enemy air defense systems.

In total, over the past day, Russian invaders have lost 1690 personnel. Additionally, Ukrainian warriors neutralized 10 tanks, 42 infantry fighting vehicles, 19 artillery systems, 3 air defense systems, 153 operational-tactical level UAVs, 87 vehicles, and 6 units of special equipment of the occupiers.
