In Kryvyi Rih, police are searching for unknown individuals who shot at a monument dedicated to a fallen soldier.

The police in Kryvyi Rih are identifying the individual involved in the desecration of a soldier's grave. Law enforcement officials have reported that an unknown perpetrator fired approximately 10 shots at the memorial dedicated to the fallen soldier in the city cemetery, as stated by "Vydomo".

To clarify the circumstances, an investigative team from police station No. 4 of the Kryvyi Rih district police department promptly arrived at the scene. The officers conducted a site inspection, collected physical evidence, and interviewed witnesses.

The identity of the person involved in the offense is currently being established.

Investigators are considering the possibility of initiating criminal proceedings under Part 3 of Article 297 (desecration of a grave, other burial sites, or the body of the deceased) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
